Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the ByajApp mobile application ("the app"). The app is operated by Ram Karan Yadav. By installing or using ByajApp you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. What the app does

ByajApp is a personal record-keeping tool. It lets you enter transactions for money you have lent or borrowed, calculates interest using the inputs you provide, records repayments, and produces summary views and PDF exports for your own reference.

2. Your account

• You sign in with your phone number. You are responsible for keeping access to that phone number, the one-time codes sent to it, and the optional in-app PIN.
• You agree to provide accurate information when signing in and using the app.
• You are responsible for everything that happens in your account. If you believe your account has been used without your permission, contact us as soon as possible.

3. Your data and accuracy

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter into the app, including amounts, dates, interest rates and repayment records. ByajApp performs calculations based on what you enter — it does not verify the underlying transactions, and it cannot detect mistakes in your inputs.

We recommend keeping your own backup of important records (for example, the PDF export feature) and reviewing balances before relying on them for any consequential decision.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose, including recording transactions that violate applicable laws.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or interfere with the app or the services it depends on.
• Attempt to access another user's account or data.
• Misuse, overload or attempt to disrupt the backend services that the app uses.
• Upload content (including attachments) that you do not have the right to share, or that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful.

5. Subscription (Pro)

• ByajApp offers an optional paid subscription ("Pro") which removes in-app advertising and may include additional features as described in the app.
• Purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. The price, currency, billing cycle and renewal terms shown at the time of purchase apply.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions from your Google Play or Apple App Store account at any time.
• Refunds, where applicable, are handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their respective policies; please contact them directly for refund requests.

6. Advertising and rewards

Free-tier users see ads served by Google AdMob. The app may also offer rewarded ads that grant in-app coins when watched voluntarily. Coins have no cash value, are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for money or other consideration.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the app available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Features may be added, changed or removed over time. We may suspend or end the service if necessary, with reasonable notice where possible.

8. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the calculations, balances or reports in the app are free from error or fit for any specific use.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ByajApp and Ram Karan Yadav shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill or business arising out of or in connection with your use of the app, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In any case, the total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the app shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app or for Pro subscriptions in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time and request deletion of your account by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the app in a way that risks harm to other users or to the service.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated inside the app or on this website before they take effect. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the app shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the operator's place of residence, except where applicable consumer-protection law allows you to bring claims in the courts of your own jurisdiction.
