This Privacy Policy explains what information ByajApp ("we", "us", "the app") collects when you use the mobile application, how that information is used and stored, and the choices you have.

The app is operated by Ram Karan Yadav. By using ByajApp you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.

1. Information we collect

1.1 Information you provide

• Phone number — used to create and sign in to your account.
• Display name — shown to you inside the app.
• Ledger data — customer names, amounts, dates, interest rates, repayments and any notes you enter. This information represents your personal records and is not shared with other users of the app.
• Attachments — any photos, receipts, or PDF documents you choose to attach to a ledger entry.
• Support communications — if you contact us, we keep the messages you send and our replies.

1.2 Information collected automatically

• Device and diagnostic data — non-identifying details such as device model, operating system version and app version, used for crash reporting and to keep the app working reliably.
• Advertising identifiers — your device's advertising ID may be read by Google AdMob to show ads.
• Subscription status — whether you have an active Pro subscription, communicated to the app by Google Play or the App Store.

1.3 We do not collect

• Your contacts, call logs or SMS messages.
• Your precise location.
• Payment card or bank account details — subscription payments are handled entirely by Google Play or the App Store; we never see your card number.

2. How we use your information

• To sign you in and keep your session active.
• To store your ledger entries, repayments and attachments so they are available across your devices.
• To calculate interest, balances and reports inside the app.
• To show ads (for users on the free tier) and to grant rewarded coins when you choose to watch an ad.
• To detect abuse and protect the integrity of the service.
• To respond to support requests and improve the app.

3. Service providers we use

We use the following third-party services to operate the app. Each provider processes data under its own terms and privacy policy.

• Google Firebase — phone-number sign-in, Firestore (database), Cloud Storage (attachments), and Cloud Functions. Operated by Google LLC.
• Google AdMob — advertising on the free tier (banner, interstitial, native and rewarded ads).
• Google Play Billing / Apple App Store — subscription purchases and renewals.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Data storage and retention

Your data is stored on Google Cloud infrastructure used by Firebase. We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and the associated data at any time by contacting us (see the Contact section). Backups and operational logs are retained for a limited period before being overwritten.

5. Security

We use industry-standard security practices, including transport-layer encryption (HTTPS), authentication, and access rules that restrict each user's data to their own account. No system is perfectly secure; you are responsible for keeping your phone, your sign-in code and your in-app PIN private.

6. Your choices and rights

• Access and correction — you can view and edit your ledger data inside the app at any time.
• Deletion — to delete your account and the data associated with it, contact us using the details in the Contact section.
• Ads — you can limit ad personalization in your device settings, or upgrade to the Pro subscription to remove ads inside the app.
• Sign out — signing out of the app stops further sync from that device.

7. Children

ByajApp is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can remove it.

8. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent change. Material changes will be highlighted inside the app or on this website before they take effect.
